THE Döner Spot
When someone visits Berlin for the first time I always make sure to bring them to Efes. In my opinion they serve one of the best Döners in Berlin. They are usually open till 4 a.m. making them the perfect pitstop late at night. Their Döners are packed with flavor, the meat and sauces they make are phenomenal. The price is standard, and I would say they are like the McDonalds of Döner.
The main advantage that Efes has compared to other places is that they are relaible. The food always tastes the same so I know what I am going to get, and the bread is fantastic. However I must admit the seating, and the interior is not the prettiest. However something like that isn't necessary when it comes to Döner shops. There have been so many times when Efes has made my day better, by being there when I need it whether that be lunch break during highschool or late at night going home after a party. It's located right next to my highschool and the local train station, so there was never a day where I didn't end up passing by.
